TSFC-1001 PEM Fuel Cell Test Station
A high-power test station for controlled PEM fuel-cell research, characterisation and industrial prototyping.
Control the conditions. Understand the cell.
The TSFC-1001 brings hydrogen and oxygen/air flow, gas humidity, back pressure and stack temperature into a single automated test environment.
PLC-based operation, integrated safety responses and a low-resistance electronic load support repeatable DC studies; electrochemical impedance spectroscopy is available as an option.

Every variable in view.
Precise gas delivery
Mass-flow control for hydrogen up to 10 slpm and oxygen/air up to 30 slpm.
Humidity and temperature
Bubbler humidification, dry bypass and PID-controlled heated transfer lines.
Pressure control
Automated digital back-pressure control with true bypass and pressure measurements at inlets and returns.
Stack management
Integrated heating and cooling with flow and conductivity monitoring.
Electrical characterisation
Integrated electronic load; optional potentiostat, galvanostat and EIS integration.
Safety by design
Enclosed test chamber with leak sensor, door switches, automatic purge and emergency stop.

From live readings to repeatable test sequences.
FCSoft displays current and historical system parameters. Researchers can enter settings manually or run automated protocols according to their test requirements.
The station includes an internal computer with local or remote access.
